BESS enables the storage of excess energy during periods of surplus supply and releases it during high-demand intervals, contributing to grid stability. BESS is available from hundreds of kilowatts to several hundred megawatts, with storage capacities in the same range. The system is modular and consists of one or more containers, depending on needs. When high capacity is required, multiple units are connected.
